This wonderful member of the brassica family is a highly sought after, majestic, hardy perennial that forms a thick rhizomatous base. Large splayed flower-heads, resembling a giant gypsophila appear from late Spring. The flowers have a gorgeous honey-like fragrance and are perfect for bouquets. Attracts beneficial insects. Full sun, well-drained soil. Watch for slugs and snails and white butterfly caterpillars (the latter in summer). 1.5-2m (in flower) x 1m approx.
