Verbascum phoenicum ''Violetta''

This incredibly hardy perennial is so pretty.  A luscious clump of dark green, crinkly basal (ground level) foliage is topped with 60cm stems of stunning antique deep pink flowers.  Dead-head for more flowers and to maintain vigour. Sun, semi-shade, well-drained soil.   60-90cm (when flowering) x 30cm approximately.  Semi-evergreen in warmer areas, winter dormant in cold areas.
