I am really happy to be able to offer the tall variety of this exceptionally stunning perennial.  Glorious blue star-shaped flowers open from buds that look like hot-air balloons.  Just delightful and a perfect cut flower.  Sun, well-drained soil.  Winter dormant and frost hardy.  75-90x30cm approximately.  May need some support.
