Lychnis chalcedonica ''Rauhreif'' - Maltese Cross

This is a gorgeous highly sought-after variety of 'Maltese Cross' that forms a basal (i.e. ground level) rosette of slightly hairy medium-green leaves. The creamy-white clusters of flowers are produced on long stems from late Spring through to late Summer. Bees and butterflies adore them. Full sun, partial shade in most well-drained soils. Very easy care. 90cm (when in flower) x 30cm approximately.
