Lunaria annua ''Corfu Blue'' (Honesty)

I am SO excited to be able to offer numbers of this rare and very sought after variety of Honesty. A stunning old-fashioned biennial that is very easy to grow. It puts on good growth in its first season and then has beautifully fragrant violet-blue flowers from mid-Spring, followed by very pretty papery seed heads that have a tinge of purple. The foliage has a tinge of blue too. I wouldn't be without this treasure in my garden. Looks so beautiful when planted alongside Lunaria annua 'Sissinghurst White'. Thrives in partial shade in soil that doesn't dry out too much in Summer. Also good in containers. 75x45cm approximately. Self-seeds politely and subsequent seedlings seem to flower in their first season which is wonderful.
