Campanula rapunculoides ''Campbell Blue''
This is a gorgeous variety of 'creeping bellflower'. It has tall stems of lavender-blue flowers over a long period from early Summer. It thrives in full sun or semi-shade and most soils. Campanula rapunculoides has a bit of a reputation for being a thug but I wouldn't be without it in my garden. If you are worried about it spreading too far it will also do really well in a container, allowing you to move it into prime position when it's in full flower. 90x90cm approximately. Winter dormant.
