Pyrethrum ptarmiciflorum ''Silver Feather''

This gorgeous creature has very pretty lacy silver foliage and white daisy-like flowers with yellow centres in Summer.  The flowers are held in dense clusters above the foliage.  Perfect for the front of a border, on the edge of a vegetable garden or as contrast in a mixed container.  The foliage has a lovely camphor-like fragrance and the flowers attract beneficial insects and can repel pests.  Trim after flowering to encourage new growth or it can also be trimmed regularly if you just want the contrast of the foliage.  Full sun, well-drained soil.  Tolerates drought.  60cm x 45cm approximately.
